For event organisers
Give your event a page people trust.
A dedicated Peernity page for your fest, hackathon or meetup — with a verified attendance count from a single QR code, reviews from people who were actually there, and answers for everyone deciding whether to come next time.
Everything your event needs, on one page
We set it up for you. Attendees use it from their phones — nothing to install.
A dedicated page for your event
Your banner and logo, dates and times, venue, a link to your site, and what the event is about — on one page you can share anywhere. It shows Upcoming, Happening now or Ended on its own.
Verified attendance count
Put one QR code up at the venue. Attendees scan it and are checked in within seconds. Your page shows a live Attendance Count — every one a person who was there.
Reviews from people who were there
Reviews from checked-in attendees carry a ✓ Checked in badge and are shown first. Each review says how the person took part — attended, participant, volunteer, or speaker and judge — and readers can filter by it.
Questions answered by attendees
People deciding whether to come next time can ask questions on your page, and those who reviewed it answer — from experience, not from a brochure.
An experience score that means something
Ratings, the highs and the lows add up to an event experience score — honest feedback you can act on for the next edition.
Built to be shared — and found
One link for your WhatsApp groups, posters and stories. Your event page is public, so people searching for your event on Google can find it too.
How it works
- 1
Tell us about your event
Name, dates and times, venue, logo and banner. We create your event page.
- 2
Put up your QR code
We send you a print-ready QR. Use it on an entrance poster, a slide or the registration desk.
- 3
Attendees scan and check in
Phone camera, sign in with Google, done. No app to download. First-timers pick a username in a few seconds.
- 4
Reviews and the record follow
Attendees review the event, your page shows the verified count, and next year’s crowd gets real answers.
Works on any phone browser, on campus Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Why the numbers hold up
An attendance count you can put in front of a sponsor
Only during your event
Check-in opens around your event’s start and end time and closes after. Outside it, the code does nothing.
One check-in per person
Each account counts once, however many times it scans.
Closed in an instant
If a check-in link is passed around, we can close check-in immediately — every code at once.
Counts, never names
Your page shows how many checked in. Who attended is never shown publicly or shared.

Questions organisers ask
Do attendees need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and check in on the web. Signing in takes one tap with Google.
Can people check in without being at the event?
Check-in only works in the window around your event’s start and end time, and only once per person. If a link is shared around, we can close check-in instantly.
Can people who did not check in still write a review?
Yes. Reviews from checked-in attendees carry the ✓ Checked in badge and are shown first, so readers can tell verified attendees apart.
Will we see who attended?
No. Your page shows the attendance count. Who attended is not shown publicly or shared, including with organisers.
